Clarence Carroll
Junior Vice 2022-Present - Army

Clarence L. Carroll III served in The United States Army from 1985 to 2017 ultimately retiring at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.  He enlisted in April of 1985 and before attending Officer Candidate School in 1992 had served in numerous leadership positions up to and including Platoon Sergeant. Clarence earned his VFW eligibility serving in Desert Storm, Operation Uphold Democracy, Operation Iraqi Freedom, and Operation Enduring Freedom-Afghanistan.

Clarence has been a member of the VFW since 2017 and became a member of John Wiley Brock Post 6683 in 2020.  Clarence has previously served as Jr. Vice Commander in Post 1874 in Grand Forks, ND, District 8 Jr. Vice(2017), Sr. Vice(2018), and Aide De Camp(2017) in the Department of ND and served on the National Programs Committee(2017). Clarence was elected John Wiley Brock Post 6683 Jr. Vice Commander in 2022.
